No retainer

SEO for dental practices.

How new patients really search, what to publish, and where the regulator draws the line.

No cardNo retainerNo minimum term

What you're up against

One new patient justifies more than most practices spend all year.

Ranking for a single treatment term can pay for everything else you do.

They search treatments, not practices

"Invisalign", "implants cost", "emergency dentist".

Four practices, compared

On fees and reassurance, before anyone rings.

Lost in the same two places

No treatment pages, and no published fees.

Scored out of 100. No card, no call.

What they type

The searches that bring you work.

  • specific treatment + their town
  • how much do dental implants cost
  • emergency dentist + near me
  • private dentist taking new patients

Blog Autopilot does it every week, without you.

Straight answer

We're not an SEO agency.

Three products that happen to be SEO. Here's what we don't do, so nobody buys expecting it.

  • Link building — we don't buy, sell or broker links, and you should be wary of anyone who does
  • Technical consultancy on a site we didn't build
  • Guaranteed rankings — nobody can honestly promise a position
  • Google Ads management

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Are there rules about what we can publish?

Yes — dental advertising in the UK is regulated, and claims about outcomes, comparisons and patient imagery all carry conditions. We write to what you actually offer and charge and leave clinical claims to you and your compliance lead.

Do we have to publish fees?

A clear fee guide is expected of UK practices, and it's also the single biggest converter on a treatment page. Vague pricing loses more patients than high pricing does.

What about reviews?

They matter enormously and they must be genuine. Incentivised or written reviews breach both the regulator's expectations and consumer law — and under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act they're squarely enforceable.

Not your trade?

Search works differently per trade.
