Why it matters

Landlords and letting agents check before they call.

An agent with forty properties vets you on registration and capacity. A homeowner just wants a socket moved.

Two customers, one website

Most electricians' sites only speak to one of them.

EICR work is scheduled

Agents buy a rota, not a job. Say you can do it.

You're ruled out silently

Nobody rings to tell you the site put them off.

What they check first

Three things, thirty seconds.

1

NICEIC, NAPIT or your scheme

With the number, not just the badge.

2

EICRs and certificates

Named explicitly, or agents assume you don't.

3

Domestic or commercial

Which you actually take on, and at what scale.

What you get

Built for electricians, not for everyone.

Separate pages for domestic, commercial and landlord work
Your competent-person scheme and registration
EICR and certification explained plainly
Areas and postcodes covered
Tap-to-call plus an enquiry form
Wired to a receptionist for calls on the job

Straight answer

Commercial contracts are still won on relationships.

A site won't win you a maintenance contract — it stops you being ruled out at the shortlist stage, which happens quietly.

Pricing

£20 a month. That's it.

Preview the whole site first. You only pay when you publish it.

No setup fee. No contract. Cancel any time.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Should landlord work have its own page?

Yes. It's a different customer with a different buying process, and a page that speaks directly to letting agents converts far better than one paragraph buried in "Services".

Can I show my certification logos?

Yes, provided you're currently registered — we display the scheme and your number. It's one of the strongest trust signals on the page.

I mostly get work from one builder. Do I need this?

It's a concentration risk more than a marketing problem. A site is cheap insurance for the month that builder goes quiet.

Not your trade?

We build for these too.
