Show finished projects or don't bother.
A builder's site with no completed work reads as someone with nothing to show — document three projects first, then build the site around them.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Should I show prices for extensions?
A per-square-metre range, if anything. Fixed prices are impossible and misleading, but a range stops you quoting for people whose budget was never realistic.
What about projects I did for someone else?
Only with permission, and say plainly what your role was. Claiming another firm's project as yours is the kind of thing that gets found out locally.
Do I need to mention insurance?
Yes. It's one of the first things a homeowner checks, and it's a cheap way to look more serious than the builder who doesn't mention it.
