A website for estate agents that wins instructions.
Valuation requests, your fees, and the landlord services page most independent agents never get round to writing.
Why it matters
Your listings are on the portals. Your instructions aren't.
Buyers are on Rightmove and always will be. Sellers choosing an agent behave completely differently.
They compare two or three
Locally, on fees and on how you actually work.
That happens on your site
Not on a portal, and not on a listing.
Valuation is the only action
Everything else on the page is in its way.
What they check first
Three things, thirty seconds.
Your fee, or its shape
Published fees bring fewer, better enquiries.
Lettings and management
Landlords are a different customer entirely.
That you know the area
Named streets and postcodes, not "the region".
Free to preview — no card needed.
What you get
Built for estate agents, not for everyone.
Straight answer
We don't build a property portal.
Live CRM feeds, map search and applicant matching are custom work — the standard site is aimed squarely at winning instructions.
Pricing
£20 a month. That's it.
Preview the whole site first. You only pay when you publish it.
No setup fee. No contract. Cancel any time.
FAQ
Questions, answered.
Can we show our current listings?
A simple listings page, yes. A live feed from your CRM with search and filtering is custom work — tell us which system you use.
Should we publish our fee?
Independent agents who publish a fee tend to get fewer but far better-qualified valuation requests. If you'd rather not, we explain the structure instead.
We're mostly lettings.
Then the landlord services page becomes the main page, and management levels and fees do the heavy lifting. We build it that way round.
